A Plymouth-area rock band will take up the cause of the\u00a0local cultural scene on Saturday in a concert to benefit the\u00a0Plymouth Community Arts Council.<\/p>\n
The D’Art Band, a band with roots stretching back about 30 years, will perform Saturday during a reception\u00a0at the PCAC’s Joanne Winkelman Hulce Center for the Arts. The event, with wine, other refreshments and\u00a0light hors d’oeuvres, is 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n
The D’Art Band’s appearance is the culmination of the PCAC’s Heart and Soul event in September and\u00a0October. Band members are Jane Renwick Fry, lead vocals and percussion; Waldon Reed Jr., lead guitar\u00a0and vocals; Pete Celano, bass guitar, rhythm guitar and vocals; Craig Fry, keyboards and vocals; Celeste\u00a0Reed, flute and percussion; and Jerry Teevens, drums, percussion and vocals.<\/p>\n
